• Was born in Tehran
• Living in Tehran
• Occupation: Housekeeper
• Chief Complaint: poor controlled DM and swelling of extremities
• The patient is a 63 year woman who referred to radiologist because of flank pain 4 years ago.
• In sonography and CT scan, multiple hypodense mass without contrast enhancement in pancreas was reported.
• EUS: these cysts were confirmed.
• Then Whipple surgery was done, Because during surgery frozen section showed dysplasia (1396)
• Pancreatectomy, cholecystectomy, splenectomy and exploration of lymph nodes around common hepatic artery was done
